Biography

Dong Mengsong (董孟松) is an aesthetic expert and plastic surgery director at Xi'an Yanta Huaqi Weimei Clinic, where he provides plastic and aesthetic surgery with a focus on eyelid procedures, facial contouring, and minimally invasive aesthetic treatments.

His medical background includes advanced training in the Department of Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery at Xijing Hospital. Over the past 18 years, he has built extensive clinical experience in plastic surgery and has received more than 10 national, provincial, and municipal awards and honors related to plastic and micro-plastic surgery research projects.

In eyelid surgery, Dong Mengsong evaluates facial proportions, skin quality, and eye structure to design procedures that support a natural and refreshed appearance. His areas of interest include double eyelid surgery, eyelid rejuvenation, eye bag correction, and other periorbital aesthetic procedures tailored to each patient's anatomy and goals.

For facial contouring, he focuses on harmony rather than isolated changes. Treatment planning may consider jawline definition, cheek contour, facial soft tissue balance, and overall facial symmetry, with the aim of creating results that look balanced and appropriate for the patient's features.

His clinical philosophy emphasizes safety, individualized assessment, and natural-looking outcomes. He believes that aesthetic surgery should respect each patient's unique facial structure and cultural preferences, and that clear communication during consultation is essential for setting realistic expectations and supporting informed decision-making.

Dong Mengsong combines surgical precision with aesthetic judgment and maintains a commitment to ongoing professional development. His approach includes careful preoperative evaluation, evidence-informed technique, and attention to postoperative care and follow-up, helping patients feel supported throughout their treatment journey.
